When you apply as a client or expert, or use the Diversor platform, we collect the information you provide directly — name, email, company details, project information, and any documents or messages you share with our team. We also collect basic usage data to operate and improve the platform.
We use your information to review applications, manage your account, facilitate communication between clients and experts, process invoices, and provide support — including through Diversor Assistant. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Files shared with the Diversor team are used solely for the purposes of your project or application and are accessible only to authorized Diversor staff and the relevant client or expert.
We retain account and project data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal and accounting obligations.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@skyzars.com or through your portal's Messages tab.

By applying for or using the Diversor platform as a client or expert, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
All client and expert applications are manually reviewed by the Diversor team. Approval is at Diversor's discretion. Access credentials issued upon approval are personal to the account holder and should not be shared.
Clients and experts agree to communicate professionally, provide accurate information, and use the platform only for legitimate business purposes related to their engagement with Diversor.
Invoices are issued according to the terms agreed for each project. Disputes regarding billing should be raised promptly through Messages or support@skyzars.com.
Diversor Assistant provides automated answers to common questions and may create support tickets on your behalf when it cannot answer directly. It is a support tool, not a substitute for direct communication with your project team on matters requiring judgment or approval.
Diversor reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. Account holders may request account closure at any time through support@skyzars.com.
Diversor may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
How Diversor operates day to day.
Applications are reviewed within 48 hours. You'll be notified by email and in your portal's Messages tab once a decision is made.
All project communication should go through the platform's Messages feature so the Diversor team has full visibility. Document sharing currently happens via email to support@skyzars.com.
Support tickets are addressed within 4 business hours. Diversor Assistant can answer many common questions immediately and will escalate anything it can't resolve.
Account holders are responsible for keeping their password confidential and should change it immediately if they suspect it has been compromised, via Profile → Change password.
